Use the form below to prepare a report. It copies text for you to share using the same contact or invitation channel through which you joined the beta. It does not automatically send the report.
Do not include passwords, invitation codes, recovery keys, guest tokens, or personal details about other players.
Save your personal questions
Your custom question decks are stored on this browser, not in the shared public game question bank. Export a backup before clearing your data or changing devices.
Exported question files may contain personal prompts. Keep the file private. This export does not include your guest session token or recovery key.
Delete my online guest profile
Use your existing IQTango guest session to request deletion directly. This securely removes your guest name, bearer sessions, recovery key, personal scores and submitted answers from the server. Other players' shared, completed match history and anonymous popularity totals may remain. Your saved question decks in this browser are not erased by this action.
Active games must finish or close first. Deleting a guest profile is permanent and will sign you out on every device using it. Save personal question decks above if you need them. Never share a session token with support staff.
Check availability before requesting deletion. You must be signed into an online guest profile on this browser.
Delete data from this browser
This removes IQTango's saved question decks, settings, local scores, and stored guest login token on this device. It cannot be undone here. Your game will start with fresh browser data next time.
Important: This does not delete records in the online server database (guest profiles, room answers or scores). Removing the browser token can make it impossible to identify your old guest session without an existing recovery key. It is not a substitute for a server-data removal request.
To delete your online guest profile, use the authenticated online deletion controls above before erasing your browser token. If you no longer have your token, copy the request below and contact the operator through your existing beta channel. Do not include your bearer token or recovery key.
What still needs to happen for commercial launch?
The operator still needs a published support contact and a verified server-side account deletion process. Online guest-profile deletion is available to the current authenticated browser session; anonymous aggregate activity and shared match history can remain. A verified public support contact and further retention review are still required for commercial launch.
